India Water Week 2012 Keeping in view the vital role of water in all aspects of life and also in assuring sustained development of the economy, Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India have endeavored to hold an international event “India Water Week” on an annual basis. Objective of this event is to provide a forum for national and international level dialogue for the policy makers, technocrats, voluntary organizations active in water sector, as well as the society in general.
The IWW will comprise a multi-disciplinary conference, a technology-cum-public awareness exhibition, study tours, and excursion tours. The inaugural IWW will be organized at New Delhi from 10th to 14th April 2012.
